From the Bedford/Manchester area:

• Take Route 101 West towards Milford to the exit for Route 13. 
  
• At the end of the ramp turn right.

• Take Route 101A West towards Milford.
• Take Route 101 West (left turn) and take the next exit - Route 13. 
  
• At the end of the ramp turn right.

• Take Route 101 East towards Milford to the exit for Route 13.  
• At the end of the ramp turn left.

• Take Route 13 north towards Milford NH under Route 101.

• Take Route 122 north to Route 101A West.  
• Turn left onto Route 101A
  
• Take Route 101 West (left turn) to the exit for Route 13. 
  
• At the end of the ramp turn right.

• Take Federal Hill Rd north to Emerson Rd. in Milford.  
• Turn left on Emerson Rd
  
• Turn right onto Route 13.

The Healing Room is approximately .6 miles on your right on Route 13 in the Brennan and MacKay building opposite the Public Works complex.  If you reach the Milford Oval you’ve gone too far.  Park on the left side of the building.  Our door is the left door on the front of the building facing the road.
