Chiropractic is the branch of health care that deals specifically with the nervous system. The nervous system is comprised of the brain, spinal cord, and all the nerves in the body. It is protected by the spinal column, which is made of up 26 bones (vertebra) that are moveable. When these bones become misaligned (what we refer to as a subluxation), there is interference in the nerves of the body. This leads to interference between the messages coming from the brain to the rest of the body.
